Who we are

This website is run by Curo Intelligence Private Limited (“Curo”, “we”), a company registered in India (CIN U62013AP2026PTC127584). For anything in this notice, email hello@curointelligence.io or call +91 99080 89902.

What we collect

• When you use the contact form: your name, email address, company (if you give it), the topic you choose and your message. With it we record the time, and the approximate city and country our hosting provider derives from your connection.
• When you email us: what you choose to send.
• When you apply for a job: your CV and whatever else you include in your application.
• When you browse: we measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, to discuss and deliver work you ask us about, to assess job applications, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We process this data with your consent, which you give by sending the form or emailing us, as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 provides. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing lists.

Who else handles it

A small number of service providers process data on our behalf, only to provide their service to us:

• Cloudflare hosts this website, protects it from abuse and provides the visit counts.
• Google Workspace carries and stores our email, including the messages sent through the contact form.

These providers may process data outside India. We share data with authorities only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries, job applications and the related correspondence for 24 months after our last contact with you, and then erase them. This covers the minimum of one year for which the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 require us to keep personal data, traffic data and processing logs. Enquiries that lead to a contract are kept with that contract’s records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct or complete it, or to erase it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Email hello@curointelligence.io with the subject “Privacy request”. We will acknowledge your request within 15 days and resolve it within 45 days. If you are not satisfied with how we resolve a grievance, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need them to respond.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this notice and the date at the top.
