We hire selectively, looking for engineers who take ownership of their work: from the first architecture review to the system running in production, and every decision an agent makes along the way.
How we work
- Small, senior teams. The people who scope the work are the people who deliver it. There are no hand-offs to a separate delivery team.
- A named owner for everything. Every engagement, every system and every AI agent has an engineer accountable for it, and clients work with that engineer directly.
- Autonomy is earned. Agents run supervised until they have proved themselves, and every action is recorded. We hold our own work to the same standard.
- Exit-ready by design. We build so clients can take their systems with them. That means clear code, documentation and handovers, written as we go.
- Remote, from India. Curo Intelligence is registered in India and delivers remotely worldwide.
